What is Voicemail Drop

Voicemail drop is a feature that allows an agent to automatically leave a pre-recorded message in a customer’s voicemail box. After reaching a voicemail, the agent can simply click a button to ‘drop’ the message and then immediately move on to the next call. This is a significant time-saver in outbound campaigns, as it eliminates the need for agents to spend time repeating the same message over and over.
